Common reasons why landlord contact details may not be visible on Rentola
You are not logged into your account
You must be logged in to your Rentola account to view landlord contact details. If you are not signed in, the contact information will not be shown on the listing page.
Your Premium subscription is not active
Landlord contact details are only available to users with an active Premium subscription. If you do not have Premium access, you will not be able to view or use the landlord contact options.
You may be logged into the wrong account
If you have more than one account or used a different email address when registering, you may be logged into an account without the active subscription. If you're having trouble signing in to the right account, check that you're using the correct email address.
Your subscription may have expired
If your Premium subscription has ended, access to landlord contact details is removed. You may still be able to log in, but the contact information will no longer be visible.
Your subscription may be linked to another Rentola domain
Rentola subscriptions are domain-specific. This means a subscription created on one Rentola website may not appear on another local Rentola domain, so you need to log in on the same website where the subscription was created.

- Make sure your Premium subscription is active
- Open the listing you are interested in
- Click the contact button on the listing page
