When signing up, you were prompted to create a password. If you have forgot you password, you can reset your password as follows:
- Click on the icon at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Sign in"
- In the pop-up window, click on "Forgot password".
- You will be prompted to enter you email address. Afterwards an email will be sent containing a link to reset your password.
Another possibility is that you may have registered on a different Rentola website. Please ensure that you're trying to log in on the correct website. Look at the extension of the email you received, it could be rentola.com, or another brand like rentola.fr. If you're still experiencing issues, click here to contact customer service.
